I have an experience of 38 years in the indirect taxation field, particularly sales tax.Besides I am practicing VAT law since 2005,besides service tax,income tax.My forte:Drafting of Objection/Appeal petitions on indirect tax matters.I have written an article on corruption on the occasion of All India Conference on Tax laws in2013 I have the privilege to achieve a success rate of 95% in appeal/Objection cases contested by me.I love to extend a helping hand in resolving issues & airing grievances
